Four Arrows offers “on-the-go” team building anywhere on campus. Whether you’re a newly-formed cohort looking to jumpstart your connections, or an established group aiming to enhance your communication and conflict management skills, we’ve got you covered!

Our offerings include:

• Introductory Programming: Perfect for groups that are just forming, these short sessions are designed to engage group members in fostering connections and setting the stage for effective teamwork.
• Group Values Programming: Sessions centered around exploring a set of shared values around teamwork, respect, and accountability – They seek to answer the question “What do WE need in order to be a successful team?”
• Problem Solving & Initiative Programming: Tailored programs focused on key areas such as communication, showing support, conflict management, and more – ensuring your team thrives.

All Four Arrows programs are designed specifically for your group. As such, their length may vary to meet your team’s needs.
